If Birdseye isn't right for you, email support@picwork.org within 30 days of buying, with the email address you paid with. We'll refund you in full — no need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. Once a purchase is refunded, its licence key stops working.

Your rights

Our guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If Birdseye has a major problem, you're entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of when you bought it.
